Hydra Pulse Rifle - Custom Assault Rifle with Adaptive Damage Functionality by Iset the Mother

Hydra is a unique assault rifle, designed and crafted by the Goddess and specifically for Phoenix. The weapon only works in the hands of Phoenix, and has a spectacular damage type shifting ability. Its tech is beyond our comprehension, but whenever Phoenix wants to adapt the damage to inflict more damage to his enemies and to exploit their weaknesses, the weapon's barrel decomposes into smaller parts and reforms itself in a different form and with functionality. This mind-blowing feature lets Phoenix to adapt any combat situation and enemy composition. A gift from the Goddess that fits gods!

When Iset gifted this marvel to him, Phoenix asked about the name of the weapon. Iset, with her iconic stern look and mysterious attitude, replied "it is yours, you shall uncover its name".

Daeva was asking about if the shapeshifting barrel could also turn into a more... fundamentally needed yet missing part for Phoenix while Aurora was about to throw her weapon's battery to Daeva's head, and Xander was snorting. Xue suddenly stepped up:

Xue: "Hydra! A monster with multiple heads. A weapon with multiple shapes. What a gift for a warrior. A much-needed ally in the dark days ahead. I say, we name it Hydra. Does my brother agree?"

Yes, it was a fitting name indeed. All agreed. Seliné happily volunteered to engrave the weapon's name and a great logo. Phoenix, feeling proud, turned to the Mother to thank her. He kneeled and bowed to his mother. The Goddess just observed him silently. Then floated away, and left her children to play with their new toy.
