Summary

They control immense undercities and are experts on surviving in nuclear wastelands. They operate a massive slave network and run an extensive chemical/cyber drug and pleasure-tech network called the Raptureware. They mainly rely on low-tech cybernetic and human soldiers, and their Ghoul Navy rivals that of the Sister Corps of Java. When they have a common goal to focus on or shared interests to protect, AKL and SCJ can set aside all their differences and unite. Nobody, even the biggest corporations, would want to mess with them when it happens.
